Show Rules

A certificate of insurance must be on file prior to move in.

A complete list of show rules can be found in your Pre-Show Packet and Exhibitor Agreement. A few high-lights:

• Please observe all parking signs and requests
• Trash in - Trash out
• No smoking in the building
• No fires
• No alcohol
• No animals
• No confetti
• No distribution of helium balloons
• No trip hazards in or around your area
• Do not pin or staple to curtains
• Applified sound  restricted to your area

Move-In/Out Schedule

Move-in

Set-up continues on Friday, with all exhibitors having access from 11:30am until 7pm, although we'd like to be done by 6 if possible.

All set-up must be completed on Friday by 7pm.

Exhibitors have access to the building at 8am on Saturday, and at 8:30am on Sunday to tidy-up.

Move-out
Breakdown begins (and not before) 4pm on Sunday.

The overhead doors will be available for all to begin move-out at 4:30pm

Move-out must be complete by 8pm.
